FANTOOT reserves the right to refuse, return, or dispose of any package containing prohibited items at our discretion.
We provide free storage for your packages for up to 90 days from the date of arrival at our facility. Packages not claimed or arranged for shipping within 90 days may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at our discretion.
You are responsible for providing accurate information for customs declarations. FANTOOT will not falsify customs documents or undervalue shipments. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as listed on our website. Fees may include shipping costs, service fees, and any additional charges for optional services.
We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. All payments must be made in full before packages are shipped.
FANTOOT reserves the right to adjust pricing for our services at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes by updating our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new prices.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. FANTOOT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
FANTOOT provides standard insurance coverage for all shipments up to a certain value as specified on our website. Additional insurance may be purchased for higher-value shipments. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FANTOOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to FANTOOT for the specific shipment giving rise to such claim.
FANTOOT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Seoul, South Korea.
